| About Manahawkin Baptist Church For 263 years, Manahawkin Baptist Church has been serving all those who have entered our doors to worship God. From the time MBC's first building was constructed in 1745 on land owned by John Haywood on Main Street in Stafford Township, we at MBC have praised and worshipped our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Even now, in the 21st Century, our desire to serve God by reaching people and equipping them to serve the Lord Jesus is our main focus. At Manahawkin Baptist Church, you can come in and enjoy a vibrant, heartfelt worship service that delivers nothing but glory to God and provides the Good News of Jesus Christ to those who wish to receive it. You can share in our fellowship time following the morning service, as well as ongoing group seminars for men, women and youth. We also offer a children's ministry during the seminar times! We also offer numerous ministry opportunities for those seeking further fellowship or have a desire to serve in a greater capacity, as well as several outside-of-church activities such as bowling, basketball and softball which provide extra enjoyment and fellowship on a seasonal basis.
