This three semester group resumes this Spring from Februay 9 thru April 21.  There are openings to join this study midstream.  This group is for people who really want to go deeper in their walk with Jesus and are willing to invest the time.  We will study how the gospel of Jesus sets us free to change, how we change by faith, how to do battle with our sinful nature, how to love others by faith, and how to practice Christian love towards others. This powerful and transforming study requires extra time and is a bit more intense than a typical Life Group.

NO OTHER GODS-The Unrivaled Pursuit of Christ

Often idols are obvious - money, power, fame. Subtler idols can sometimes take the form of loved ones, HGTV renovations, and busy seasons of work, motherhood, or ministry. During this study, you will learn to identify the functional gods you may be unknowingly serving and the lies they tell. As you dethrone your modern-day idols, you'll be set free for the deeper, more abundant life Jesus came to give you - discovering that Jesus can do what no other god can.

    THE GOSPEL-CENTERED PARENT

The Gospel-Centered Parent helps you join other moms to make faith in Jesus and hope in the gospel the core of your parenting. Instead of focusing on how to perform better as a parent, this study is about being a parent who lives and acts out of faith in God. As we trust in Jesus, not in our parenting techniques, we are able to rest from the pressure and anxiety we naturally feel as we raise our children. Anticipate honesty, encouragement and hope-filled conversations as we learn from scripture how to center our parenting on the Gospel of Jesus.
